All information held by the Practice about our patients is confidential, this applies whether information is held electronically or in hard copy.
In Clanrye Medical Practice we aim to provide a high level of medical care to all our patients. In order to do this we keep information about patients and their health.
The Doctors and staff of Clanrye Medical Practice have a legal duty to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with patient information. No medical information will be divulged to a third party eg a relative, an insurance company or a solicitor without the consent of the patient.
